New North is looking for a highly motivated and organized marketing coordinator with a passion for helping grow client's businesses and delivering high-quality work. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the team to develop and implement advertising campaigns, track marketing metrics, and prepare reports for clients. He/she will also work directly with designers, developers, and consultants to organize client requests, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll desire to be the smiling face and happy voice of reason on the other end of the table for our clients, guiding them through project life cycles and bringing out the best from the engagement.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Daily project management and delivery
  • Think critically through job requests and translate the client’s needs into action
  • Conduct, track, and coordinate communication with both contractors and the team internally
  • Create compelling and results-generating marketing
  • Prepare status reports for each client
  • Assist in managing accounting, financial, and time reporting for projects

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Self-directed and highly-motivated
  • Can move quickly between tasks and handle interruptions with grace
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar skills
  • Excellent research and organizational skills
  • Desire to develop genuine relationships with clients and staff

PREREQUISITES

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 40 WPM typing speed
  • Social media native
